SAIF: Public Service Providers and Accessible Information

During the year, SAIF undertook some research with several organisations across Scotland looking at the provision of accessible information in their organisation and their awareness of the role and remit of SAIF.
This report summarises the main findings from the research and sets out the next steps for SAIF in taking forward the recommendations.
